Monthly retainers provide consistent support within an agreed scope so your organization receives reliable help without hourly billing. Additional tasks outside scope can be accommodated with prior approval and availability.
Retainers may include administrative support, project coordination, stakeholder communication, meeting support, systems and workflow help, strategic planning assistance, and executive-level support depending on the package selected.
After the consultation, quote approval, contract, and deposit, a kickoff onboarding call is scheduled to align on objectives, systems, access, communication, and next steps.
